3. Service Provision

Sucexpress connects shippers with verified drivers. We strive to ensure reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

4. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made through approved channels on the platform.
• Fees are subject to change and will be communicated in advance.
• Drivers and shippers are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Interference with system security or integrity.
• Unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sucexpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to Sucexpress or its users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts of competent jurisdiction.
